Best Private Label Rights (PLR) Sites List

When starting a new info product business it can take time to compile, write and prepare your product for sale. This can include months of writing and rewriting to get your product to make it stand out among your competition. The only problem with writing your own content is, whilst it is all unique to you it can delay the launch of your product. For example, recently I was writing an extensive newsletter that was going to be five articles on a popular financial website. The newsletter took three months and ended up well over 12,000 words. Writing your own content can have its drawbacks. Speed and time being the most important. Other problems involved with writing your own content could be that you are not a writer. This means that your info product could be unreadable. So, you will need to hire the services of an editor. You can find them on Fiverr that charge $5 per 500 words and it is well worth the cost.

You can also hire article and e-book writers, often referred to as ghostwriters to write content for you. This content can be as unique as if you had written it and content can be written incredibly quickly by a dedicated writer. For example, I recently had a 9,000 word e-book written for me on a financial topic and it was delivered within two weeks and included two other 2,000 word articles that I ordered from the same writer. The problem is that this can cost quite a lot of money. I paid over $600 for 13,000 words of content. Some people don't have that kind of money available for ghostwriting. Additionally you need to really look for high quality writers who are knowledgeable about a subject because if you do not hire someone who knows the subject, you are going to get very poorly written articles. I should know, I have bought thousands of dollars worth of articles over the years. If you pay $5 for 500 words of content don't expect much in the way of quality writing or research. For quality written articles I pay over $20 for a 500 word article. I use Content Authority.

A third option is Private Label Rights also known as PLR. This is where you can purchase already written content in the form of e-books, articles, software and video that is already packaged and ready to sell. PLR is quick, but it does have its drawbacks. On the negative side is that some PLR content is very poorly written and generic meaning that it lacks any real substance. However, if you take the Private Label Rights content and upcycle it. Add your own content to it, make it interesting and unique even rewrite it in your own words and add your own spin to it. The biggest mistake people make when dealing with PLR is that they don't make the necessary changes needed to make the content unique because a lot of people who are unsuccessful will just try and sell the content as is given to them. Don't do this. Many people searching for information can do a search for that content and see it is being sold in a dime or fire sale. This can hurt your reputation and income. So always upcycle PLR content – but only if your PLR licence allows it. Of course, if it is totally rewritten it doesn't matter. I know a very big guru in the health niche that basically rewrote a very successful book on health written by a health scientist. He made a name for himself and made a lot of money from doing this. My recommendation for latest PLR is PLR Assassin.

The best thing to do when first starting your new info product business is use all three processes. Write some unique content yourself, have some content written for you and use edited and improved PLR products. You could write a great e-book based on the research you have done with PLR content and sell it as a brand new product. I have been successful recompiling a lot of different content into a new product that offers better value for money because it is a one-stop-shop for that topic. Other ways you can use PLR content is to use it as bonus content for your main product, but as I said before you must rename it and upcycle it or people may bypass your product because of other people overusing the original name, graphics, sales videos for that PLR info product.

Another way to increase value is to create courses using this content. Recompile content and create a course. If you are knowledgeable about a subject and comfortable to sit in front of a video or web camera you can create a video course, which is easier to digest for today's students. People need the bulk of the information shared quickly and in small doses. You could make more money by creating a ‘beginners' course and then offer an ‘intermediate' and ‘advanced' option for those who are interested in specific ways of doing things in your niche. This is why I have a beginners Internet marketing site that offers people the basics of getting their info product onto the Internet. Most people get daunted by the idea of starting a business online today due to the amount of competition and the amount of different things they need to do to even get their product to market. The basics of this can be one product. Once established and online, to build their info product business they would want to know more advanced skills.

To help you with content here is a list of Private Label Rights suppliers. Some create their own content, some just resell other people's content:

  1. Please remove Exclusive Niches from the list as they are nothing but scam artists. They take your money, send your files that don’t work and when you send an email requesting support, they keep sending your promotional materials requesting you to buy more!

Please spread the word around and let’s clean the internet from fraudulent acts.
